When beginning this brand, Maria Cornejo had one vision in mind - absolute simplicity.
Fascinated with the conceptual notion of total neutrality present in the number zero, Cornejo began investigating how that value could translate into wearable garments.
She began to play with how few alterations could be practiced in the production of an elegant garment - how can one neither add nor take away, but rather elevate the essential integrity of the material itself? Thus was born Zero + Maria Cornejo.
