Position: Retail Keyholder

Job Summary
The Retail Keyholder (Keyholder) is a role that is responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in normal day-to-day retail operations as a eugenie leader. This role will prioritize daily normal retail operations including; customer service, store organization, inventory reports, and preparing the storefront with new merchandise at eugenie, ARCHIVE by eugenie, and seasonal Pop-Ups. Visual merchandising the store as needed and supporting social media and events is another aspect of this role.

Responsibilities
● Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific retail goals.
● Execute daily retail operations to ensure store standards are met.
● Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience.
● Maintain customer relationships and prioritize customer outreach among the sales team.
● Maintain organization of back stock inventory, report storage, and utility requests as needed.
● Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained, with products restocked
on the floor on a day-to-day basis.
● Support the Manager(s) in planning and executing any necessary changes in the visual
environment for each season.
● Responsible for learning and communicating all sustainability components for each
brand/product to customers and internally.
● Support the execution of in-store events and community pop ups.
● Maintain productivity and accuracy in shipping processes for eugenie’s online orders and
garmentory online orders.
● Capture content in-store, post to social media, and reply to customer questions as assigned.
● Prepare new merchandise for the floor from receipt to visual merchandising.
● Collaborate on special projects with Manager, for example, implementing a customer
relationship management system.
● Expected to bring new ideas and best practices to improve the experience of eugenie for
customers.
Required Skills & Experience
● 2 years of experience in retail sales.
● Visual merchandising and marketing display skills preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead retail associates and help
customers.
● Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel
heard and helped.
● Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency of the
retail team.
● Excellent time management and project management skills to be able to prioritize and set
realistic deadlines to achieve time-sensitive objectives.
● Highly motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail.
