Position: Seasonal Sales Associate

Reports To: Retail & Ecommerce Manager

Location: On-site

Start Date: October 12, 2025

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is a role that is primarily responsible for supporting the guest experience at eugenie. They will support the Key Holders and Retail and Ecommerce Manager (Manager) in normal day-to-day retail operations as needed. This role will prioritize daily normal retail operations including; store cleanliness, customer service, online order fulfillment, gift wrapping, restocking, and preparing the storefront with new merchandise.

Responsibilities

  • Fluent and determined to achieve both personal and team-specific retail goals.
  • Execute daily retail operations to ensure store standards are met.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain customer relationships by updating guest profiles and completing outreach as assigned.
  • Maintain organization of back stock inventory, report storage and utilities requests to the manager on duty.
  • Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained, with products restocked on the floor on a day-to-day basis.
  • Responsible for learning and communicating all sustainability components for each brand/product to customers and internally.
  • Support the execution of in-store events and occasional pop-ups.
  • Handle eugenie's merchandise with care and report damages immediately to the manager on duty.
  • Follow shipping processes for eugenie’s online orders and garmentory online orders.
  • Frequently moves boxes weighing more the 50 pounds across the store and back of house.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Visual merchandising skills are preferred.
  • Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable standing for more than 80% of the time during scheduled shifts.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.

Position: Seasonal Stock Associate

Reports To: Retail & Ecommerce Manager

Job Summary

The Stock Associate is a role that is primarily responsible for supporting the back-of-house experience at eugenie. They will support the Key Holders and Retail and Ecommerce Manager (Manager) in ensuring both backstock and on-the-floor inventory are organized and well maintained. This role will prioritize inventory-related tasks such as; steaming and tagging new arrivals, folding and re-folding backstock, organizing and labeling bins, pulling items for restocking or online order fulfillment, and gift wrapping.

  • Ensure the back of the house is cleaned and well-maintained, the floor is swept, shelves are dusted, etc.
  • Assist in tagging all inventory with barcode tags.
  • Ensure storage labels are clear to read and kept up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing the store and be present for seasonal inventory.
  • Assist the retail team in locating backstock items during peak traffic times.
  • Regularly audit racks, bins, and shelves to ensure the product is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle eugenie's merchandise with care and report damages immediately to the manager on duty.
  • Follow shipping processes for eugenie’s online orders and garmentory online orders.
  • Frequently moves boxes weighing more the 50 pounds across the store and back of house.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or inventory roles.
  • Genuine respect for our products and care for others.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable standing for more than 80% of the time during scheduled shifts.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
