Job Summary
The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator is a role responsible for supporting the Brand & Creative and Retail & E-commerce Manager in maintaining and enhancing the online and digital experience at eugenie, ARCHIVE by eugenie, and seasonal pop-ups. This role will support in the launch of new season products and collections, and the promotion of holidays and events, as well as providing feedback learned from our audience and their engagement. They will work in partnership with the Sustainability and Research Specialist to gather the necessary information and messaging tools to be used online and via social media.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding the development of customer-facing content for eugenie, such as lookbooks, blogs, infographics, and other forms of social media and media.
- Support the Retail & E-commerce Manager (Manager) with the social media strategy by creating a social media calendar and posting regularly with the Manager’s approval.
- Ensure all comments are engaged with, and messages responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
- Expected to bring new ideas and best practices to improve the content and experience of eugenie for customers.
- Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving social media and marketing goals to support business goals.
- Responsible for uploading organizing brand assets in Dropbox and other shared file systems.
- Draft marketing emails to align with weekly themes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in social media or marketing, at least part-time
- Experience in communicating across multiple channels, including technical writing, email marketing, social media, and blogs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong photography and video capture and editing skills.
- Excellent time management and project management skills to be able to prioritize and set realistic deadlines to achieve time-sensitive objectives.
- Highly motivated and attentive to detail.
- Knowledge of digital trends, keywords, and basic SEO.
- Experience with Shopify and Google Suite of products.
