Eugenie gladly accepts returns of full priced merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or date of mail delivery. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
Sale merchandise, beauty, swimwear, lingerie, hair accessories, and any other item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by Eugenie.
Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. A store credit will be issued with a gift receipt.
