What makes this product sustainable?
At Eugenie, we do the research to make it easy for you to find products that you can feel good about purchasing, using, and wearing.
Each new designer we work with starts with a conversation about sustainability and how it relates to their brand and products.
Sustainability can mean many different things, we tried to break it down for you in a way that is easy to understand.
Recycled cotton can be generally defined as converting cotton fabric into cotton fiber that can be reused in textile products.
Recycled cotton prevents additional textile waste and requires far fewer resources than conventional or organic cotton. This makes it a great sustainable option.
EcoVero is a sustainable viscose with a lower environmental impact based on three fundamental pillars:
Use of certified and controlled sustainable wood sources (FSC or PEFC Certified), and ecological production process transparency in the supply chain.
Recycled polyester is made from recycled materials (PET and polyester fabrics). By choosing recycled polyester, we’re able to deliver the same technical performance in fibers with a smaller environmental footprint.
This garment has been produced by responsible manufacturing partners. Our team has developed a close relationship with every people in the factories of our supply chain, and we consider each employee of the factory as a member of the Rita Row team.
